I'm impressed, it's a good solid device, it attaches easily to the XBox and doesn't budge once it's attached. As many have said it's a bit noisy but I'm not sure if it's a bug you could really work around, you're moving a lot of air and it will be a bit noisy (I could take it off and apply it some WD40, let's see if it lowers the noise level). I didn't have any gauges hooked up (maybe I'll try that soon, but I'm too busy with the XBox right now!), but if I had to guess I'd say the intercooler at least doubles the airflow through the Xbox. Tests done with just my hand showed a drop in exhaust gas temperature from "fairly warm" to "slightly warmer than ambient". Regarding noise, again without real gauges, I'd assume you're looking at double the XBox's background noise (which I think is quite a lot, but the alternative is the XBox's potential death, so.) If that's XBox known for thermal damage that I've read about then I would suggest this product is a must (just watch out for dust build-up. Dual airflow potentially doubles dust build-up rate over time).
