I'm impressed, it's a good solid device, it attaches easily to the XBox and doesn't budge once it's attached. As many have said it's a bit noisy but I'm not sure if it's a bug you could really work around, you're moving a lot of air and it will be a bit noisy (I could take it off and apply it some WD40, let's see if it lowers the noise level). This fan is loud as many other owners have found; however, it serves its purpose. I received the refills today and am already seeing immediate results.
