Review on Answergen by Dave Hock

I like how easy it was for me as well my customers or clients using this software system! It has been very beneficial because we have not experienced any issues with our team members who use answer gen while working together online from different locations around Canada & USA!! The only thing i dislike about them they could make their website more user friendly so people can enjoy better experience when searching through there products which would be great if its possible. If anyone wants something similar please do take time out of ur busy schedule just try one trial version first before deciding what u want exactly. ! I like how easy it was for me as well my customers to use this software which makes us more productive at work with less time used up by training new employees! We are using answer gen now internally so we can help our clients without having them call or send emails back-and forth through email. It's not very user friendly but if they made some changes then i would love what else could be done about answering questions from different people who need answers fast (like myself).
