I really like the toothbrush but their customer service is abysmal. Haven't found the replacement brush heads that claim to come with the product, contacted the company 3 times, never got a reply, nothing, just tried to buy replacement toothbrush heads. I could return the product in full but I really like the end result of using the product. But don't expect any help from the manufacturer. I finally ordered some replacement heads, I hope they fit.
- Replace the toothbrush head every 3 months to avoid overgrowth of bacteria as recommended by dentists
- Long delivery time
