I had the 11S a while ago and it still works great. So I bought this new model for my second floor. I have a cat to take care of, so you can imagine how they save my life! LOVE eufy! Maximum 30C, as I said, maximum 2000Pa suction power! New improved model. The suction power is incredible and it's so quiet. I connect the app quickly and it cleans my floor and nylon carpet well. I'm fine with the hair he pulls up in deep corners I can't reach. I can use the app to control it and set up a schedule when I'm not at home. When I come back, I just call "Alexa" to manage it. So comfortable. I can switch between 3 suction levels using the remote control and the app: Normal, Boost and Max. It works for about 100 minutes with normal suction as stated. But when I use max it only works for about 40 minutes. I think normal vacuuming is enough for me. As long as it doesn't get stuck under my couch or somewhere upstairs. I just glue a perimeter strip to the stair rung and will use the other strip to block it if I find a stuck spot later. For budget reasons, I did without the much more expensive AI Map/Navigation vacuum cleaner. It has already done 90% of the cleaning job and I have all the features I expected. Couldn't be happier about it! I definitely recommend it. Worth a try.
