Big round roomy toe; can actually feel arch support, but not too much to be irritating or painful; and the back of the shoe fits so well that you really feel supported. The "Wide" is really wide so the foot feels great in the shoe and even at a size 10 my feet look cute and don't look huge like clown shoes. Highly recommended. And it's not overpriced. I have always invested in shoes due to my physical issues with back, feet, hips and knees and have found that price and advertising is not a good guideline.
