I own several Miracase Glass Series Full-Body Magnetic Cases with the built-in 9H Tempered Glass Screen Protector. I really wanted the "Clear-B” version to be my favorite, but the glass screen protector doesn’t seem to be making complete contact with my iPhone 14 Pro Max’s screen. I have to press down awkwardly hard on any keys on the left side of my iPhone’s keyboard (especially the Shift key, the number key, and the z, a, q, s, and w keys) to get them to respond. My other Miracase cases don’t do this, so I can only conclude that my Clear-B magnetic case has a minor manufacturing defect. I hope I can get a replacement from Miracase.UPDATE 12-8-2022: I agree with other customers who have mentioned that Miracase has outstanding customer service. It is clear that the folks at Miracase read the customer feedback and respond to it. They reached out to me via email and promptly sent me a replacement case. Very few companies provide this kind of exemplary service to revain customers. Thank you, Miracase!
