The compartments in this wallet are spacious but narrow enough to securely hold paper and plastic cards. The color is great, blue is my favorite but this light turquoise is remarkable, if anyone tries to take it the color gives it away. The zipper is metal and long. If I were carrying it as a small clutch I would thread the key chain through the bottom of the zipper and thread the key chain through and around it. The zipper stays closed and the pieces of jewelery look individual. I plan to buy another one for my granddaughter and add jewelry and a chain so it can be a crossbody bag, double wrap the chain for an overhand bag, and even use a longer, strong satin or nylon cord that turns it into a bag. Bookbag style for front, back or side carry.
