Don't waste your money

At first glance they lie rather unsightly on either side of my pallet on my granite slabs. At a deeper level, they are neither durable nor practical. From time to time they have to be removed for cleaning and I found that after a short time they became stuck to the edge of the top panel. I tried to carefully remove them and couldn't do it without tearing them to pieces. Now I'm stuck trying to get the melted bits of silicone off the shiny enamel board edges that are hitting my countertops. Couldn't remove it with a plastic scraper and am now trying to use solvent to loosen the silicone bits as I don't want to damage my new top of the line product. My kitchen isn't busy so I can't imagine what would happen if there were more people in the house and a lot more kitchen activity.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Compatibility
