The ability to manage your business from anywhere, at anytime! It makes it easy for me as an employee of my organization (and other companies) that are using this system too see what's going in our own departments without having someone physically there with us all day long!! There really isn't anything bad about EBS so far - but if you're looking into getting one then make sure they have good customer service support because sometimes when we need help or something goes wrong their response time can be slow/lackadaisical which causes delays & problems solving them later down the road. We use internet-based software called "Ebs" by iEs Software Inc., formerly known as Interwoven Business Systems Corp.. This has helped improve productivity within each department while also helping streamline workflows between different employees who may not normally interact directly together yet still working under common goals towards reaching success through teamwork.
