I was very happy to find this product online as previously I could not find a cable to connect to the 30 pin socket in the armrest of my 2009 VW Jetta to play music from my iPhone. After plugging the device into my car, the plastic wrap around the cable fell apart - even when plugged in, the cable didn't register with my car, rendering it unusable and broken. I'm disappointed it didn't work and feel like I should have ordered 5 more to see how one works and the others come back. I should have read more product reviews before ordering! I would give 5 stars for shipping as this product showed up at my door two days after ordering. They currently have it in the mail and I've received a notification that I'm getting my money back.
