I like that it makes me feel good about myself for making time out of my day to go to the gym. It's nice to know that it will help me get in shape and lose weight. As far as the app itself, there are some things that could use improvement, such as the layout and design. Sometimes when you're trying to do something on your phone, if you touch too many buttons at once, you can mess up what you were trying to do. This is only because I'm not used to using an app that has so many different features. If I had more experience, I would be able to use it better. I have been doing this for almost one month now, and I've lost over 20 pounds. Also, I am able to keep track of how much water I drink each day.
