The best part of this service is that it has been able to make my business run more smoothly than I could have imagined in such an short period time! They are very good at what they do, which makes communication easy for me as well since everything goes through them (even if its just reporting).

There really isn't anything bad about their customer support or how friendly everyone there seems like you would want from any other organization out here today. Sometimes things get stuck but thats because we're still trying new features together so sometimes those processes can take some extra work depending who's working when/how busy etc.. If your looking into getting someone else help managing all aspects relating to IT then definitely give these guys consideration :) We've gotten rid off our entire department dedicated solely towards handling computer problems & issues related to networking now by outsourcing most stuff over to affimated networks! This saves us tons each month.
