does not conform to specification; listed as 350 ml; but closer to 450ml when tested

Product arrived in good condition but WAY under spec. Bought for use with a 36 gallon diaphragm per day and restrictor allows nearly 450ml, which is better for 50 gpd reverse osmosis membrane.
