Not safe for your dog.

DO NOT BUY. The buckle part comes off by itself. The ears on it aren't big enough to be fully hooked, and the ring inside is smaller than the ring in a ballpoint pen. If you don't have a safety clip that goes back to a regular collar, your dog is free.
