I ordered one large piece and two small ones. Small ones varied greatly in size, large ones were beautifully shaped. I should have known more about tannins before buying. I set up my new 50 gallon tank to look more natural with a sandy substrate and live plants. Natural wood would only enhance the look. And it happened. Had to remove the wood after a light soak due to the excessive color of the tea. So I let it soak longer. I still believe in the product and will spend more time on it. The buyer should be aware that patients want tannin-free wood. It may take some time, but the results can be worth your time.
