Review on πŸ’ͺ Microsoft Band 2 - Medium: The Ultimate Fitness Tracker for an Active Lifestyle by Kunjan Alston

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Great bracelet and works great but poor design

I bought MS Band 2 twenty six days ago. I wear it every day to track my movement and sleep. The Band 2 did an excellent job of tracking heart rate. Many other brands ran out of breath after 140 or more heartbeats per second. When I compared my Ms Bands 2 heart rate monitor to other, more accurate methods, it was absolutely flawless. The features you get when connected to a phone are great. I used the watch all day to see my incoming messages, calls and emails. I liked how I could have a quick look at who was emailing me, calling me, or texting me. The sleep mode worked great too. It did a great job of tracking your light and restful sleep. Cons: In less than a month, the screws in the band that connects the charger to it corroded and fell off. After researching this issue online and calling Microsoft support, they said this issue is not covered under warranty. They said they would sell me a new volume 2 for what they thought was 250.00. After doing a little more research, I found that many other people had left reviews on Revain and other sites stating that they had submitted their group to MS, I suppose. It was sent back by him piece by piece, without the charger and the original packaging, saying that the warranty had expired. I really want to give this bracelet 5 stars because it worked so well for weeks before it broke. MS Band that has stopped working and is less than 1 month old. I REALLY REALLY want to love Microsoft, but I think she really needed to stay in her van. I'm not an Apple fan and I often review their products, but they have very good customer support and warranty coverage. Someone please talk me out of switching to Apple products.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
