This is a 120 lumen LED headlamp. Runs on one AA battery (not included). Held on the forehead with an elasticated headband for hands-free use. Can be tilted from horizontal to 45 degrees, giving you a variety of lighting angles. I haven't changed the battery since installing it (over a month) and they claim it can power an LED for 100,000 hours (not yet). Has 3 lighting modes: Normal. Bright. Side light - when you long press the button. Now the light intensity of the headlights is good at maximum brightness. But obviously there are those that are brighter than 120 lumens of it. For basic needs, however, this is completely sufficient. Sits comfortably on the forehead hardly noticing the weight which is less than 2 ounces. And finally, it really costs less than $9.
