After purchasing a $180 annual upgrade, the scanner just froze.
After purchasing the $180 annual upgrade, the scanner kept giving the wrong password and shutting down. Called the launch and they said the diagnostic fee was $75 plus shipping and they assured me 4 times the update was unrelated. I reset my password and it fixed itself. They tried to scam me out of $75 for resetting my password.
