A new piece of exercise equipment. Order arrived a few days late and shipping carton was in sad shape, it looked as if everyone who handled this carton during it shipment had added a few more pieces of tape trying to keep the carton together. During assembly I noticed that there was a damaged cushion and a few missing parts.I called customer support to inform them of the poor condition of the shipping carton and of the damaged and missing parts. I followed this up with an email to establish a record of this request. Two additional phone calls, three emails and ten days later I have received all my requested parts. Customer support was helpful and did seem to expedite my request. Manufacturing is in China and I believe this added to the delay. The quality of this exercise stand seems good, time will tell. Hopefully the company will improve their shipping carton, perhaps adding cut outs or divides to better secure the parts during shipment.
