Counts steps and sleep time accurately and has a cute background on the screen, among other advantages. It was a direct replacement for my broken Honor Band 3, and I had no concerns with its predecessor. Negatives include a shorter battery life (a result of the color display) and an unexpectedly flashing "battery low" signal. I charged my Honor Band 3 once or twice a month, but this one needs to be charged once a week. The fact that you can't alter the information presented on the home screen beyond changing the wallpaper was a major turnoff for me. I wish there was a way to track the date, time, temperature, and amount of steps, but alas, this is not possible.
