The product description says 32 pcs. My hexagon is merged, so 25 in total!

Circle, rectangle and star are separate parts, which means you can cut 8 different sizes each. However, the hex is a single piece, so you can only use it as a single piece by cutting the hex rings. They are useless and definitely not advertised 32 pieces.
