The support team is very responsive during normal business hours - they will work with you until late at night or early morning if needed; when I have an issue that's not related directly to their service (like my PC crashing), there's usually someone around within minutes. They do everything from initial setup through post-installation services like patching, etc.; they're generally really good about keeping up to date with current tech trends so we never find ourselves lacking out dated software solutions. We've had excellent success getting customers into our system quickly after implementation as well as ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction once users become familiarized with it themselves.
