Review on 🖤 Premium 4B Compressed Charcoal Stick by Tara Ford

These charcoal pencils are not at all what I expected and I think the shipping is overkill. I only gave the product two stars because it doesn't work for me. It can work well on other surfaces. I only paint on canvas, that's why I bought them. I used willow charcoal and lost most of my drawing while painting. I went to an oil painting class recently and she used pressed charcoal and suggested I try it. I used it and it was great. This pressed charcoal will not work on canvas. When I contacted the seller they suggested willow for canvas and that this pressed charcoal was not intended for use on canvas. So my dilemma is which pressed charcoal works on canvas. I'll contact the art teacher and find out. I'm leaving this review so others can understand what I didn't seem to understand. I was also shocked at the $7.95 shipping and handling cost. It was a very small package. It's hard to believe that they have to double the price of an order to get it in the mail.
