Review on X-cosrack 3 Tier Stackable Tea Bag Organizer: Space-Saving Metal Wire Basket for Office, Kitchen, and Pantry Storage by Miranda Jones

The screw hole in one of the shelves is very deformed, so I've tried so many times to get it to work that I finally said, I twisted a small plastic bag to put it through that thread hole. Just tired of holding the knot from there and this is my new inline screw fixation. Very disappointed that the shelf arrived the way it did, it cleaned up the diner in our office too much and doesn't look as professional as I had hoped as I had to adjust it. I'm trying to be more mindful of sending returns due to the environmental impact, so I think I'll keep it, but it's faulty. I hate seeing it thrown away. I've attached a photo to show the problem.
