Update 11-16-21: Support was very helpful, you can use Alexa and do the following: Alexa, set the device to warm white...... Alexa, set the device to 1% - 100 % not ideal, I'd rather set up scenes than multiple queries. If they update their software I'll give them 5 stars, if they don't I'll end up replacing them with a shade. It really is a big difference. UPDATE 11/15/21: I've emailed support and I have to say it's SUPER helpful. They responded very quickly and really want to fix it. My final post is that their app can't change the scene when connected to Alexa, but you can do it through Alexa. I asked for instructions on how to set it up as I couldn't get it to work. I only updated the beginning because their support is awesome. Once we can make simple color/brightness changes for different scenes I will change this to 5 stars. So I have a house full of Philips Hue lights and I control them with Alexa and the Hue app. I bought these for a shower project because Hue only offers bulbs that fit jars and I didn't want to add jars. In addition, they were very easy to install and very easy to connect to the Lumary app and Alexa. "If I had known that, I would never have gotten this part. I use Hue and Alexa to set up different scenes, then I can control the scene I want (you can read different colors, say bright white for a soft color scene). What I wanted for these lights was to create a soft white and blue scene. So I can tell Alexa to turn on the shower and a bright soft white or rain and a matte blue scenery. I've tried many ways in the Lumary and Alexa app but to no avail. The only way to change the color/scene is to use their app and make changes manually without a single click on the scene. I have written to their support and if I get a working answer I will change from 1 to 5 stars. One thing that is very disheartening is that if you go to their homepage, their website has an active trojan! (see image).
