good light. The spring clip hurt my fingers when attaching it.

I like that the light changes color. I had to hide the plumbing in the new bedroom so the railings were altered to look like they were made for tin cans. These lights will help enhance this effect. I am attaching a photo of how to install the spring clip. On the back of the "Mounting Instructions" there are a number of small pictures showing how to mount the clip. My electrician didn't see them and couldn't figure out how to install the clip for fear it would break the light. Anyway, take a…

Not compatible with *any* previous case, have to remove the whole thing - BIG LIGHTS after install!

It is not clear how much work is required to install them, even in a new house (my house was built in 2019). You have to remove the entire plastic housing in any previous light fixture, even if it's just a cheap 4 inch LED for buildings. Just getting rid of everything, the whole hull etc. I tore my blanket a bit, pulled out the suitcase and didn't even expect to have to climb into the attic to do it! Great lights! That's exactly what I wanted.

Wanted accent lights around our TV and these lights did not disappoint. I went for the 4" version and they are bright enough. I thought a 6" screen would be too big for my application. Installation was easy although there was no template in the box. The clips were easy attach to the headlights and really hold the headlights in place. Pairing the lights with the app was pretty easy, you just had to make sure the lights were in discovery mode. The app took a while to get used to as it is designed

Excellent customer service

I don't usually write reviews unless I have to. I bought these lamps a few months ago for my own basement renovation. A few months later I was finally ready to install the headlights myself. I installed these smart LED lights along with several other traditional LED lights. The installation of the internals (both these and the conventional ones) proved to be uncomplicated. Easy to install, link to Alexa BUT HUGE lack of software!

Update 11-16-21: Support was very helpful, you can use Alexa and do the following: Alexa, set the device to warm white...... Alexa, set the device to 1% - 100 % not ideal, I'd rather set up scenes than multiple queries. If they update their software I'll give them 5 stars, if they don't I'll end up replacing them with a shade. It really is a big difference.
