Review on Scorebuddy by Joseph Whiteman

Scorebuddy is easy to use and has a great customer support team. The interface is simple and easy to use. I am able to score my agents and track their performance. I also love that it allows me to create my own scorecards and that I can add in the additional features that I want. I wish that I could have more flexibility in creating the scorecards and also the ability to customize the reports. I am able to track my agents and their performance.
