
This chalk is very fine so there are no lumps and it is very light. So light that calloused or very cold hands hardly feel the chalk when drawing. If you like thickening your hands with chalk before tackling the boulder problem, or if you like pieces to paint markers outdoors, you might want to consider a different brand as it's very powdery and thin, or plain do what i do. and mix it with Frank Endo or whatever (and shake off the ticks when you're done :)). My hands don't sweat much so when I just climbed with the Bison chalk I found it worked great.
