The biggest benefit is that you can have someone who has done this job before to help guide through any questions or concerns. This helps me focus my time for more important things instead of having to do all the research myself (which I am not very good at). It also cuts down some costs since they are doing most everything else already compared with hiring an agency would cost much less than what we pay them now as well. There isn't anything so far but it's still early days so hopefully there will be improvements coming soon. We're trying out predictivehire because our main recruitment team was busy recruiting new staff which meant taking up too many hours each week just filling roles rather then actually getting work completed. Now once every two weeks we get back around 10-15 active candidates from predictive hire.
