Slightly more expensive than cheap plastic but they are metal. All 4 were tightened by about 1/2 and it really took a lot of elbow grease to install. The threads could be better, but otherwise the build quality is good. They match the color of my rims perfectly, they are just a little darker than the normal aluminum color.
