Review on Francis X7 1 Iperespresso Machine Red by Terry Myers

I really expected Francis' machine to work well, but I was very disappointed. Now it's too late for me to go back. First, the machine didn't run long enough and only produced a teaspoon or two of coffee, or it ran for a minute or more and produced a diluted cup of coffee. Often it didn't fully perforate the Illy capsule and didn't work at all. I had to throw away about 10 capsules that were partially perforated but didn't activate the machine. For frothing milk this is terrible because it pulses so hard it squirts or if I fully immerse the wand it doesn't create bubbles small enough to froth the milk. I called Francis customer service and they didn't seem really interested in helping and didn't care. I will not be calling them again for support and now I'm stuck on this.
