I like that they're constantly looking at new ways of reaching out, as well as having creative ideas themselves when it comes time to pitch stories or press releases. They are also very responsive if you have questions about their services; this helped me feel more comfortable with them after just one meeting! There's nothing really specific here - but overall, great service from start to finish. We've been using Interdependance since we started up 3 years ago now. It has definitely made things easier than doing everything ourselves (which was never realistic).
