Review on Camera M2 1080P，Free Batteries Activated Waterproof by Brad Atl

First of all, I rarely leave reviews, good or bad. But in this case I will do both at the same time because I think it's fair and honest. For starters, the camera was great and had features typically found in much more expensive cameras. The temperature when the photo was taken, the audio recording (both of which I have never done with a camera). Great photos and videos were taken in daylight in HD* - the standard IR isn't that good maybe because of the IR or something? I do not know. But night videos were of quite acceptable quality. Just not as high quality as during the day. I don't want anyone to think it's bad quality. It's not like this. it was like any other camera I've used. But I just wanted to share this so I know. I really like the screen on the back of the camera, where you can see the contents of the memory card. It also helped me set the right angle so the camera was centered where I wanted it without the guesswork. I also noticed that the audio only works on the SD card when viewed on your computer. I'm guessing the camera doesn't have a speaker, but that's okay too. Anyway I always save my photos on my computer and change the maps every few days so it's not good or bad but I like that you can see what's on the map in the field. Even if there is no sound. So everything suits me. I love all the personalized camera settings. This camera was fast, going up to 33 feet to maximally spot the animal. So it was almost twice as much as most other security cameras I've used over the past 15 years. They typically reach a height of around 18 feet. There's a setting that lets you lower the sensitivity, which probably saves batteries, but I used the solar panel to keep the batteries charged. The plastic body fits, but isn't as durable as most other cameras. So if you have a lot of bears, put them in a metal box. The first night it went out we had severe thunderstorms all night. The hull didn't leak and these videos were great. While it's not very thick plastic, it worked properly for what it is. OK. Now for the bad. If you got this far you would think this is a great camera. And it has the potential to be. But after 2 days the video started showing red and green discoloration and then it started getting jittery and garbled everything without explanation. I even tried resetting the defaults, didn't help. I tried to upload 2 other videos showing how well this would work day and night just so you can see for yourself but Amazon has said I can only upload 1 video per review. The company replied within 24 hours. and offered to replace it and i am sending it back because i really hope the camera i got was just an accident because i want to like this camera. I intend to update this review once I've tried the replacement and see how it performs. -- ---------------- Replacement update: The camera replacement works fine. The video and preview screen work as they should. I wanted to add another video to show how well it can work and improve the rating. Unfortunately, the first camera turned out to be defective, but the company didn't upset me about the exchange and contacted me several times to see how they were doing. So I'm changing my rating to 4 instead of the original 2 stars after having to return the first camera.
