It seems to me that the creators of the printer considered it too good to sell it for a low price and programmatically slaughtered some of the functions. Now this device is not suitable for normal text printing, nor for normal color printing. So, a toy for housewives. On ebay, this printer is given for 200. with print cartridges. No one is taking. With its pros: Price. Before that, there was a cheap Canon that worked successfully for about five years. Cons: Artificial limitations of functions introduced specifically for a cheap model. 1. You cannot print a high-quality color image larger than 15 cm by 18 cm. If you want to print a large photo, such as A5, the print quality will be artificially reduced to medium. Which is very noticeable. 2. When printing an A4 text document, the bottom couple of lines will be cut off. This is also done on purpose. The bottom margin on a standard A4 sheet cannot be made smaller than 25 mm. A4 letterhead cannot be printed on this machine without scaling. Page numbers in documents are cut off, etc.
