Now I have two such units. The newest only began to fail after five minutes. I have an 80 gallon compressor so enough CFM and air to run the tool. When the handle comes in contact with the orange piece, the EP grease will start to change. Then the handle releases and starts to rotate. It's like the factory couldn't line up the handle and bit with full torque, so they gave up. Van needs to add a set screw or screw lock to these devices. The orange part is actually made up of several sections. As you will see in the other image, the black line is another section that starts to fall apart, cracking the paint and disappearing. It pretty much vibrates on its own, which is pretty ironic.
