I like that it allows me to share documents with my team members at any time, from anywhere in the world. It's easy to use as well! The only thing I dislike about this software is the cost of using it. However, if you are looking for something simple and affordable, then definitely check out ShareMate. We have used ShareMate to facilitate discussions between our remote teams. It has been very beneficial because we can send files back-and-forth without having to email them or copy/paste large attachments.
