Review on Goody Women's Ouchless Black Elastics for Finer Hair - 2mm, 50 Count (Pack of 2) by Christine Jensen

As reported by others, stretches irreversibly with one wear and breaks with multiple wears - usually where the two ends of the elastic are glued together. I don't have a lot of hair and the elastic just loses its shape when you put it on and take it off. They don't make them what they used to be - they used to last a lot longer. I have tried almost every ponytail tie on the market and now they are all disposable. It's a shame, because I would gladly pay more for quality. Considering it's a one-off it's still a decent price for the quantity, especially compared to the rest of the market (ie they're all equally bad and it's a better deal). Hence two stars (if I could give 1.5 stars I would).
