At this time I have not yet asked for my money back, because I'm too angry about the product. I ordered this one because it was a larger size than some of the others I've read about, and it came today. The pillow is nothing more than regular FOAM cut into a Wedge. You can go to a craft store and get this for like $5. There is nothing special about it, it's just a wedge of Foam, but to add to the issue. The Cover can't be used because the Zipper is really cheap and broken. Can't even put a cover on it. I am extremely ticked off with it. I am going to ask for my money back because this is certainly not a $40 pillow. For the price and the product you get, this is highway robbery. Don't buy it!Description calls it High QualityTheraputic Foam---that is a total lie---It's nothing more than craft foam you can buy at any craft store.
