It was easy to set up with no issues, it was relatively cheap as well. I like that they kept adding features and making improvements. I also liked that there were other add-ons that could be added on for a more robust solution, but those options are not always readily available. I don't dislike anything about Ecomply in particular, it was more of an issue with their platform as a whole. It wasn't a bad product, but their customer support team was lacking, and sometimes the response time was quite slow. Take your time considering what you want from the program, and think about your budget too. Ecomply offers the best pricing package compared to any similar solutions out there. We were looking for something that would help us meet industry regulations, we needed a way to effectively organize our files and have them.
