It was easy to set up with no issues, it was relatively cheap as well. I like that they kept adding features and making improvements. I also liked that there were other add-ons that could be added on for a more robust solution, but those options are not always readily available. I don't dislike anything about Ecomply in particular, it was more of an issue with their platform as a whole. It wasn't a bad product, but their customer support team was lacking, and sometimes the response time wasβ¦
