I love these organizers for my clothes! My only problem was keeping the organizer open and vertical when first loading clothes. I had to constantly fasten the sides of the bag to keep it upright so I could easily slide my clothes in. hope that makes sense! haha Also it goes with a lot of clothes and I really like the handles on the side. This makes it easy to transfer clothes from one area to another! UPDATE: Your customer service is excellent. They contacted me to discuss my scam with these organizers and offered me a partial refund. :)
