The lenses come in a crush-proof case which is a plus. When I tried to swap a lens it seemed tricky until I realized the plastic needs to be bent a little. I did not use the myopic frames - they seemed superfluous for my purpose - cycling.Then I thought they didn't fit my nose very well - but I found the silicone nose piece did fit OK. There is a little hole above the nose and this is useful when cycling as it lets air in to prevent the glasses from steaming up.I swapped the lens for the polarized lens. I really like the choice of lenses - I have some yellow lenses in sun glasses I bought at a ski resort for foggy days and have used them for cycling in the past. So the yellow lenses are a good addition.The glasses cover your eyes sufficiently that contact lenses will not get drafts that make them dry up an fall out, as sometimes happens with cycling glasses. They did catch a contact lens that did fall out so I could retrieve it from the plastic lens of the glasses. Also even when cycling with a face mask and breathing out hard although they would steam up - as any glasses would - when I breathed in they had cleared because of the good air flow above the nose.The glasses were tight against the head, without giving you a headache. The side pieces seemed a bit flimsy, but did the job and so far haven't broken. They don't slip.The lenses seem very clear and thankfully don't have a bottom edge to catch sweat. I was very grateful of the polarized option when I cycled to a lake as it stopped the glare of the sun off the water.For the price, these were better than the cycling glasses I buy off a drug-store stand. So I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable pair of cycling glasses that has options for different weather conditions.The more I use these glasses the more I like them. They were perfect for a bike ride in Half Moon Bay. When I arrived it was sunny, later the fog rolled in and I was pleased to be able to change the lens to the yellow lens.
