I've replaced the internal diverter on my Moen spout several times at almost the cost of the entire test unit and it never sealed properly. I bought this unit in hopes that it would solve the problems I was having when replacing the switch. Problem solved! It was easy to install and works like new. I will never replace a diverter again, but (if I ever have to) will buy this complete phase out kit again. Highly recommended.
