I finally started exercising again and the next morning my body hurts. I ordered this DAILY REMEDY Muscle Relief Body Bath to try and see if it makes a difference. I am happy to report that I experience less muscle pain and sleep better after bathing with this body wash (your results may vary). The aroma is pleasant and not overpowering. The combination of Epsom salts, vitamin C, eucalyptus, mint, and arnica works great. You'll need to give it some time to dissolve after adding bath salts, unlike some salts that dissolve very quickly, but that's not a deal breaker. After the bath there is no greasy shine on the skin and no skin irritation. And yes, it works. I definitely feel more relaxed after this bath. This product is made in the USA which is an added bonus. This bath salt is a good value (currently on sale for $10.38) and should last a while since you only need 1/2 cup per bath. Overall this is a great product and I would recommend it.
