Review on 🍹 2 Qt Glass Fruit Infuser Water Pitcher: Removable Lid, Hot/Cold Resistant, Ideal for Flavorful Infusion Beverages & Iced Tea by Stuart Dunn

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The lid does not close and can only be used with the brewer (ugh!)

I wanted to love this mug. And that's what I would have done if there hadn't been a few crucial problems. So, here are my pros and cons: PROS:-- It's glass.-- It's fairly durable (though I can see other reviewers disagree).-- It's a great size for my needs (not for the family). CONS: -- The diffuser is plastic -- The lid only fits on the pitcher when it's on the diffuser! That's the worst thing in the glass. You should choose a jug filled with a drink, standing without a lid in the refrigerator or on the table. Or you have a pitcher with a lid but with a PLASTIC diffuser that's marinating in your drink all the time. I don't like either of those options, so this pitcher is almost useless to me. As you can see from my review, the CONS far outweigh the pros of this pitcher in terms of importance. That's a shame because this jug could be awesome if they made a diffuser out of aluminum or stainless steel AND the lid could fit the jug with or without the diffuser.

Pros
  • HIGH QUALITY MATERIAL - NO WORRY ABOUT BOILED WATER: The jug is made of borosilicate glass which is lighter but stronger than normal glass, hand-blown, heat-resistant and 100% lead- and BPA free. Withstands temperatures from 0 to 300℉ and can store both ice water and hot water, which is much safer and healthier than plastic jugs. The stainless steel lid is heat resistant and durable.
Cons
  • makes you angry
