I bought this "Triolo" spiral cutter from Germany for home use. Without going into too much detail, I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and decided to make lifestyle and lifestyle changes in general to stop the disease and take control of my health. I read a book that explained the effects of glycemia and how to eat to minimize it and give my pancreas a much needed break. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, oats, nuts, etc. No processed foods. Previously, my lifestyle prior to my diagnosis did not require the use of tools like this product. However, my current lifestyle does. So I tried that. And that's what I want to say about the product. Pros: Before I got this, I used knives to cut everything to the right size and shape. This. I took it. Forever and ever. With this spiralizer I was able to complete the same task in a very short time. Not having to cook soup for hours has greatly reduced my frustration and improved my attitude towards this healthy way of eating. Healthy does not have to be uncomfortable. Universal. Can be used for all vegetables. Carrot. cucumbers. mini zucchini. Radish. The exterior is made of durable plastic. Inside is a trio of sharp stainless steel blades that make a clean cut. You can cut vegetables in three ways. Spiral. Julien of course. Excellent julienne. That works great. Whether it's ingredients or cute decorations, this food slicer will get the job done quickly with any task assigned to it. can't you eat noodles You can make your own herbal alternative. The price reflects the real value of the product. Facilitates adherence to a vegetarian diet. Cons: There were no instructions for use in or on the packaging. It wasn't exactly intuitive. It needed some clarification. I would appreciate instructions (in English) so I wouldn't have to spend so much time figuring out how to use it. I think it will be a very practical wedding or housewarming gift. I take the changes that have taken place in my life seriously. I genuinely appreciate the products that have helped me continue on this better path. This product is one of those products.
