This is a great watch for my 8 year old but we needed a call feature. I bought the recommended SpeedTalk Mobile SIM card and installed it in my watch. No calls are made or received. No reception. It's definitely not a SIM card because I put it in an old iPhone and it works fine. I'm not sure why it doesn't work for hours. Another problem is that the touchscreen is off-center or something. For example, when entering a phone number, the numbers on the left side of the screen are almost impossible to press! He always thinks you touch average. Very frustrating. And scrolling through the menu almost always stops, revealing the dialpad. It's hard to scroll past it. Very annoying again! My son loves the games it has and it works like clockwork. Durable for active kids. However, that is all.
