both key fobs not syncing for lock to work; Revane wants to remove the entire lock from the van to get everything back by simply replacing two broken key fobs. It is unwise to remove the lock, leave the camper unsecured and return two simple key fobs. Followed the instructions exactly which first locked the RV and then did the sync. Since this is a 3rd party service through Revain, Revain wants nothing to do with it and will ship everything back. You will not contact the seller for plain keychains. Beware; Revain must CLEARLY state that this is done through a third party and returns are difficult. Thank you for the lack of customer service and Revain's customer satisfaction guarantee. Off to the local RV center for a new locking system.
