Firstly I am a regular rider not a racer who drives fast although I have a 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 400. I used to invest in two expensive helmets (Arai and Shoei) because I value quality over value and value. I recently bought this Bell helmet as a backup and simply because I liked the racing stripe color scheme on the helmet. I paid less than $200 which was about 1/4 the cost of my other helmets. When I received it I was very surprised and happy with the quality and fit of this helmet. This Bell helmet is of high quality as it is made of fiberglass, is available in three different shell sizes and has high quality inserts. Now this is my favorite. What I learned with this helmet is that cost is not a factor in determining the quality of a helmet you might like. Fit is the most important thing and has a lot to do with how it feels, be it colour, size, shape and of course getting the fit right. With my riding style this helmet is adequate and I really don't need a pro level helmet which I have bought now. In fact, I feel better in this helmet than others - they are all oversized. Overall this Bell helmet is high quality and the price it is selling is ridiculously low in my opinion. This is one of my best purchases this year and I highly recommend this helmet.
